Refund policy

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your PowerShift Stack purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund Contact us at support@powershiftstack.com with your order number and we'll process your refund promptly. You do not need to return the product.

Refunds Once your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@powershiftstack.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@powershiftstack.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Contact us at support@powershiftstack.com to initiate.
